Great Night Sleep has some ingredients that are touted for sleep aids in the insomnia industry.  Since they first came out six years ago they have added four more versions of Great Night.  Each one adding a few more ingredients than the last.  It does not say the amounts that they added but you wonder if they hear of a new natural ingredient that helps people and they just add it to say it is in their product too!
