The manufacturers believe the key to this supplement is GABA.  GABA is a neurotransmitter that is an amino acid that alters the brain chemistry.  It has some of the same main ingredients that other sleep aids have:

5-HT (Serotonin), Valerian, Kava Kava, Inositol, Passion Flower, GABA, Inositol, Lupulin, Glutamic Acid, Magnesium, Niacinamide, Thiamine HCI

Is Serenitol Safe?

There seems to be no side effects from this sleep aid.  Kava Kava at high doses can cause liver damage.

How much is Serenitol?

Apparently this product has been discontinued!

Serenitol Conclusion:

Gee, did their claims of a cure all for all the diseases or problems cause it to have problems?  When a product is discontinued it usually means that the product was not good, the company went under or they are having financial difficulties.  Sounds like a good idea that it is no longer available because their claims are just too ridiculous to believe!!
