Sedamine
What is Sedamine?
If you are looking for a more natural sleep aid supplement you are not alone. Most people want to get a good night’s sleep and those who need a little help do not want to wake up feeling like a hang over from the pill they took to fall asleep. It is easy to get lost in the myriad of pills available for insomnia and you may begin to wonder if a glass of warm milk could be the easy solution. The good news is there are some great natural supplements out there that can give you the desired results you are looking for. It is just a process to find out what works. Sedamine is a natural sleep aid designed to help those suffering from restless nights and insufficient sleep. Customers are told to take Sedamine 45 minutes before bedtime to help relax and prepare the body for sleep. Is it better than other insomnia supplements out there? That is still to be determined!
How Does Sedamine Work?
Sedamine has many of the same common ingredients that many of the herbal supplements have in their formulas. They have Vitamin B6 in their formula which really does not have any effect on insomnia. Valerian root is an herb that many say has some effects on insomnia because it is suppose to have a mild sedative effect. GABA is a neurotransmitter that is used because they claim it has a calming effect on the brain. Skullcap is a plant that has been used as a anti-inflammatory but insufficient evidence that is helps with insomnia. Chamomile is used also a anti-inflammatory that also has been used for treating anxiety and sleeplessness. Melatonin is a hormone that is produced in the body and helps with the wake sleep cycle. Some say that less than 3mg of melatonin in a supplement is not effective and this one has 2mg. 5-HTP is listed as an ingredient which also says it helps with calming effects. When you look at all these ingredients some may work and some have no evidence what so ever of helping with insomnia.
Is Sedamine Safe?
There are no side effects known from this product. Some of the key ingredients usually have some side effects associated with them such as, headache, nausea, heart palpitations, and dizziness.
How Much is Sedamine?
It is a hard product to find on the internet? That is a concern!!! The only one listed was for $29.99 but it did not say how many tablets were in the bottle.
Sedamine Conclusion
Sedamine is a product that is not easy to find on the internet. Most supplements that are reputable are easy to find on the internet! A very big RED flag and concern. There is no research found on this product and very few testimonials. Even when you search for the word sedamine it comes up as a product that is a barbiturate! Not even used for insomnia. That is not a smart move to name a supplement with the same name has a potent drug! Not wise marketing. There are too many concerns with this product to give it a try. I would look at Sleep-aids.com and see what they recommend for insomnia.
