I was not even sure what effervescent wafer was until I researched it. It is a wafer that when placed in water foams or bubbles. Restalex PM is certainly different that most natural insomnia supplements. Being an effervescent wafer is not your typical modality but they call it unique. A wafer may work faster than a pill when it comes to digesting those things but if the product is not up to pare than it does not matter how quick it is digested. There are too many unknowns about this product because they do not give you much information about the ingredients and how much the amounts are. It is rather pricey and I know that there are some much less expensive insomnia supplements out there that will give you the effects you are looking for.
