Oxysleep

What is Oxysleep?
We are told if you are not getting at least 7 hours of sleep at night you are not at your optimal health. It is surprising to know that 1 out of 3 Americans get 6 hours or less of sleep. That means 30% of us are not even getting close to that optimal number. What is causing this problem? It can be several things that cause this problem such as stress, caffeine, alcohol, working the night shift and traveling, even watching TV before bed and too much light in your room. I think that all of us who can’t get to sleep and suffer from insomnia can say that one of these culprits could be part of the problem. How many of us have stress in our lives. Most of us suffer from stress whether it is work related, home related or health related or even personal related. Stress is something that we all have to cope with because it is just what life is these days. When people change working schedules and change to the night shift that can be very disruptive to your sleep cycle. Travel can cause jet lag and that can put your sleep cycle out of whack! These are just a few of the major problems that can cause us to have insomnia or sleep disorders. When we realize that we need help we get on the internet and search for assistance. We find out that natural herbal supplements are a great remedy because they can give you a good night’s sleep and not leave you feeling groggy the next morning. Oxysleep, a natural herbal supplement, says it can help you sleep better. Now the research needs to begin. Does it really help you sleep and give the instant results it claims to.
How Does Oxysleep Work?
It says it aims to improve the body’s level of the sleep hormone melatonin to help you fall asleep easily and enjoy a deep and peaceful night’s slumber. What it does not state is how much melatonin is used in this formula. Just because a product has certain ingredients in it does not mean they have the right dosage to make it effective. For that fact, it does not tell us how much of each ingredient is used in this formula. That is a huge problem because combining ingredients can be tricky. Valerian root, Nardostchya Jatamanshi, hysocyamus Niger, withania somnifera, ferula narthex, pipe longum root, and St. John’s Wort are the other ingredients included in Oxysleep. Some may help with insomnia but most have nothing to do with helping you fall to sleep.
Is Oxysleep Safe?
There are no known side effects associated with this product but not much research is out there to tell.
How Much is Oxysleep?
Hard to find the answer to this one but it looks like it is around $88. Very evasive on the price. You have to ask yourself Why?
Oxysleep Conclusion
There are too many questions about this product. When there is not much information on it and no clinical studies available it draws a red flag. Even the price is hard to find! When a product is a good one you will see all kinds of information available but this one is too vague. I would look further for a better insomnia supplement. I would recommend you see what INSOMNIATREATMENTREVIEWS.COM has to say about a good product to try for insomnia.
