Nightwave Sleep Assistant
What is Nightwave Sleep Assistant?
When you think you have heard of everything available for getting a good night’s sleep there is always something new or unique that is added to the mix. There are many insomniac people out there who do not sleep at night that I envision working in their laboratories trying to find something different and unique to add to the sleep disorders industry. The “mad scientist” is working overtime to find the magical cure for this problem! I wish I could be one of those that could function at night when I can’t sleep. I would get so much done if I was motivated late at night when I can’t sleep but I am just too exhausted that the body does not do well. When you are one of those insomniacs you will try almost anything to try to get a good night’s sleep. Even when the idea sounds bizarre and goofy you are desperate and you don’t even care how much it costs as long as it works. Well you don’t have to spend tons of money to find help but you may need help finding the best one for you. That is why reviews are so vital to weed out the good from the bad. Not all sleep aids available are synthetic drugs or herbal supplements but gadgets. There is a gadget out there called Nightwave Sleep Assistant that does not use chemicals and no side effects when you use this product. What is this thing and does it work?
How Does Nightwave Sleep Assistant Work?
They say the size of this device is the size of playing cards and can go anywhere you go. It is basically a small blue light that flashes in a pattern to initiate the natural breathing patterns that occur when you sleep. The device is placed next to your bed and the light flashes on the ceiling in a rhythm that follows the breathing pattern. You lie with your eyes open and you synchronize your breathing with the wave of light as it movements become slower and slower. Then you are suppose to go fast asleep! It says it calms the body by relaxation and they say it is like having your own personal sleep coach! Sounds a little strange to me!
Is Nightwave Sleep Assistant Safe?
There does not appear to be any danger in looking at a blue light!
How Much is Nightwave Sleep Assistant?
The price seems to be around $50 and you just need to add batteries.
Nightwave Sleep Assistant Conclusion
Why not just meditate with your light on before you go to bed and you could get the same results! I know when I have to concentrate on breathing all I do is hyperventilate! This device might be fine for those really don’t have a real problem with sleeping but for those who suffer with insomnia frequently this seems like a little far fetched. I would keep looking for something with more research and real positive results. Check out INSOMNIATREATMENTREVIEWS.COM to see what they recommend.
