When you look at the ingredients for this sleep aid you see that it is made up of herbs.  They only tell you the standard industry proprietary blend when it comes to amounts put in their ingredients.  Black Cohosh is the first ingredient listed and it is used for hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms.  Cayenne pepper is used at it is reported to increase blood flow.  Skullcap is used as an anti-inflammatory and used for insomnia, hysteria, anxiety and epilepsy.  Can any of these cause safety issues?  There are no reports on this product when research was done.

How much is Relax Eze?

There is a wide variety of prices when looking on the internet.  The tablets are sold in 100 tablet quantities for around $29.99 while the liquid goes for around $16.75.  It is not as cheap as some herbal supplements that are used for insomnia.
